Myra Collins is an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She will graduate in the spring of 2023 with a major in Sociology and minors in Spanish for the Medical Professions and Chemistry. She is a Student Research Assistant at the UNC Kidney Center where she works with the Flythe Research Team to complete Spanish translations of dialysis vascular access education materials and support materials dissemination planning efforts. She plans to pursue a career in medicine upon completing her undergraduate degree and seeks to improve diversity in healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys watching Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, making Spotify playlists, and spending time with friends and family.
